 My family was at walmart last night. We were almost done getting some things. Sovryn needed to nurse and it took me a long time to find SOMEWHERE TO SIT DOWN. Sovryn was getting frustrated. I finally found a patio furniture display near the food aisle to sit on. Luckily it's that BBQ time of year...otherwise the only seating options at the store are the benches all the way at the front, the benches by the bathroom or the seats at the Subway restaurant. I almost walked all the way to the folding chair section to sit a chair out. |

 Have you ever had one of those days that seemed like a roller coaster ride of crisis and victory, in the same day?
Well today was one of the most beautiful but toughest days for me.
I am sharing this to process it for myself, but if you got anything out of it, I am glad.
I started the day in my normal way, greet my God saying Allah'u'Abha (God is Glorious), as most members of the Bahai Faith do. And then I greeted my beautiful daughters and wife, and got prepared for the day. We say prayers and do all of the normal things that families do. |

 I know that alot of you are dealing with the same emotions that I am.
Osama Bin Laden is dead!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you feel that it was the right thing to do?
No matter what you feel, we ALL elected a man, and it is his job to make those decisions. It was a tough decision.
I also know that after the decision, the President, who is a man who is aware of the digital world, and who is also very aware of social media and our thoughts, is listening to our response.
Right after walking down the corridor to announce this to the world, he went into the rooms of his daughters to explain why he made this decision and to prepare them for the backlash, good or bad. |
