Hello Friends, foreign and domestic, digital and real, I hope that your week has been fruitful and productive, but more importantly, full of joy and development. I have a wonderful family, I know who I am, and I love who I am, so even though I am surrounded by tests on all sides, I have enough certitude to get on the air and attempt to share my life, so that it can aid you on your path of belief, whatever that may be. I have to do this fast because my wife just told me that dinner is almost ready, and I realized that I have worked non-stop without eating anything all day. The topic this week is one that we planned about a month ago, and has been on our minds alot lately. which was adopted by Columbia, MO and the Daniel Boone Regional Library. KOPN Staffer and all around great woman, Michelle Grant, informed me that there is one line in the book where one of the main characters, Ryan, finds out that his mom and dad, are really his aunt and uncle-in-law, and he basically says "My Whole Life Is A Lie!" and decides to exit stage left to find himself. How many of us have been there? How many of us have found out some information that was central to our whole being, and realized that our whole life, or a huge part of it, was based on LIES!!!!!! How did that make you feel? What was your reaction? How did you find your self, to even now, be able to reflect back on it, and what if having this conversation now, things are coming to the forefront and you are wondering about certain parts of your life? All of us deal with this..... Which is why we have to investigate the truth for ourselves. Each of us are unique, there are no others.... I have have a special guest today that will discuss a few topics with me as well as the theme. David Rosman. How does that make you feel on this day? What actions would you have done? There are only a few people that decided not to start a war on 9-11. Here is one of those people. Hot topics: What are your thoughts on this topic? What do you think about the reasoning of this man? Baha'i author Stanwood Cobb wrote "Islamic Contributions to Civilization" which is summary in fashion and well worth reading http://bahaistudies.net/bahaiworks/cobb.html If you don't have time for the whole thing, skip halfway down to "Summary of Arabic-Islamic Contributions" and read about how the medicine, pharmacology, mathematics, astronomy and a lot more advanced we use daily today, come from the spirit of the Qur'an.
